Gramedia Retail Academy (ARG) is the education and training of retail personnel by Gramedia. The ARG training Model consists of understanding the concepts and work practices. Education in the ARG was reached within three months, consisting of one month of an online class and two months of internship. During the internship, students will deepen the retail sciences that have previously been studied in online classes.

Students practice retail sciences in their magical activities accompanied by mentors. Example of retail science that directly applied to the internship, which is customer service as done by ARG students Batch 11 from Sukabumi, Muhamad Irpan Iskandar. During his internship at Gramedia Sukabumi Surya Kencana, he learned how to help customers in finding books as needed.

Another example of retail science comes from an ARG student of Batch 11 from Tangerang, Arie Zulkarnaen. At Gramedia World Emerald Bintaro, Arie wrapping the books before being displayed on the bookshelf. Through wrapping the book, Arie learned to use plastic heaters to improve the packaging of the book.

Through its magical program, the ARG produces proficient graduates. During the internship, students worked like supplying Frontliner staff at the venue. In addition, internships at the ARG also open access for graduates to work at Gramedia and retail companies that are already in cooperation with the ARG.
