Kompas Daily received awards as a dedicated print media in Bahasa Indonesia. The award was given by the head of the language Development Agency and the Ministry of Education and Culture of Dadang Sunendar to the deputy chief editor of Kompas Tri Agung Kristanto in Jakarta on Monday, October 28th. Already three consecutive years Kompas Daily received this award.

"The assessments we do involve various elements. Aside from the internals, there are also academics and journalists. Not only a matter of spelling or choice of words, but judgment also concerns the truth and the fragility of information, "said the chairman of the Language and literary month 2019 Ovi Soviaty Rivai.
