On behalf of Kompas Gramedia PT Kompas Media Nusantara received an Education category award in UI Awarding Night 2019 "from UI for Indonesia" in the Tower of BNI Ballroom, Pejompongan on Friday, November 1. Kompas and KompasTV are also rewarded for the mass media category.

UI Awarding Night 2019 (UIAN 2019) is a form of thankfulness and appreciation to the parties who have contributed to the UI and Indonesia. The UIAN 2019 award is given to parties who have been synergized in supporting Tri Dharma colleges, whether research, education, and community service, including UI partners, both companies and individuals, alumni, mass media, and Institutions of various categories.

Present among the invited guests of the chairman of MWA UI Saleh Husin, Mochtar Riady, Purnomo Prawiro, Axton Salim, Nila Moeloek. The UIAN 2019 event was also livened up by Zahra Damariva, Aning Katamsi, Once, and Rossa, all of whom are alumni of the University of Indonesia.

The awards night is expected to strengthen the ties and friendship between UI and various parties. Through this event will also be expected to present various collaborations and cooperation that provide benefits to the people of Indonesia to realize Indonesia forward in the future. (*)
