Gramedia is launching the official Gramedia GO on Monday, October 14th at Cozyfield Pondok Indah Mall, attended by Operation Director Gramedia V. Sugiarto and Chief Marketing Officer Ayu Razumova.

Gramedia GO is an omnichannel service developed by Gramedia in collaboration with Gramedia Digital Nusantara as a partner of technology developers, to make it easy for anyone to shop for books at Gramedia online or offline.

Two Gramedia GO services are, Pick Up in Store and Order from Store. Customers who book through the website or application Gramedia.com can choose to Pick Up in Store service to pick up the order book at Gramedia store so there is no need to be charged for shipping. This service has been implemented in the Gramedia Matraman store for a while. In the future, this service will be implemented at Gramedia shop throughout Indonesia.

Customers who are out of stock when buying books in Gramedia store can directly contact the staff at Gramedia shop to order through Gramedia GO and the book will be directly sent to the desired address via the expedition courier. Order from Store service is already available at Gramedia shop throughout Indonesia. With over 25,000 titles of Gramedia GO's books, the collection of books in every Gramedia shop is the same and easily accessible, helping customers get their favorite books from anywhere.
