In mid-2023, KG Media made another achievement. This time, BIKOM successfully entered the final and won an Honorable Mention for the Best Internal Data Dashboard and Reports category at the INMA Global Media Awards 2023 (International News Media Association).

BIKOM 'Serving Data in One Portal to Achieve Digital Transformation and Become Customer Oriented Digital Media' is a collaborative project initiated by the IT Enterprise KG Media team and the Kompas Daily Data Team. The announcement of the winner was announced on May 26, 2023. At the INMA Global Media Awards 2023, the collaboration between the Kompas Daily data team and the KG Media IT team became one of two media from Indonesia that managed to qualify to become finalists and winners.

BIKOM is a concrete manifestation of data optimization which encourages new internal adoption of Kompas Daily which is within the scope of KG Media in facing digital transformation. In addition, it is also a single portal that provides easy access for internal Kompas Daily in accessing and filtering data searches to support a more effective and efficient work culture.

Digital transformation allows digital news media to reach more traffic. In realizing the transformation into a customer-based online media and subscription business model, especially in content production and sales and marketing operations. Meanwhile, BIKOM showed a positive increase in several KG Media products and businesses.

Since its launch, Kompas.id's monthly reader traffic has increased by 7%. In addition, the number of Kompas.id users increased by 19%, which also had a significant impact on Kompas.id's income.
