Kompas Gramedia facilitates the implementation of the second Covid-19 booster vaccination for employees on Thursday-Friday, March 2-3, 2023 to make it easier for employees to get vaccinated. The enthusiasm of employees to take part in vaccinations is very high, as can be seen from the data of prospective participants who have pre-registered as many as 1,200 people. The vaccination program is held in collaboration with the Tanah Abang District Health Center, with the Pfizer vaccine type. This vaccination is also a form of support for government policies in the transition period of the pandemic to the endemic.

Dr. Hardja Widjaja from the KG Medical Center as the doctor in charge of organizing this vaccination said, "We must not be arrogant. Even though we have vaccinated the second booster, do not assume that we are safe. The vaccine is to increase immunity, not 100% we are safe because in medical 100% is difficult. So, after the booster we still have to maintain health, keep life clean, as much as possible use masks, and not be reckless. We live a good life and we hope that with this vaccine in the next few months, our immunity will be strong."

According to dr. Hardja, the implementation of the second booster vaccination for employees went smoothly and in accordance with the flow that had been set by the Kompas Gramedia vaccination committee. However, obstacles were actually obtained before the implementation of vaccinations related to the PeduliLindungi application which suddenly disappeared on several devices due to the switch to the Satu Sehat application. The vaccination committee immediately moved quickly to overcome these obstacles by conducting manual data collection and providing temporary vaccine cards for participants who were successfully vaccinated.

During the two days of vaccination, a total of 1,356 employees were successfully vaccinated, with details of 713 employees on the first day and 643 employees on the second day. Due to a large number of participants, the Kompas Gramedia Medical Center team collaborated with the health workers of St. Carolus Salemba Hospital and St. Carolus Serpong Hospital as vaccinators.

After getting the second booster vaccination, dr. Hardja appealed to KG residents to stay healthy. Even though it has been a transition to endemic, clean and healthy living behaviors must always be carried out in order to maintain mutual health.
