Friday, February 24, 2023 - Tribun and KompasTV Pontianak received an award as a Media Partner of Kindness in the Happiness Awards 2022. This award is an appreciation for the dedication of Tribun and KompasTV colleagues in Pontianak in spreading good news for the community. KG Media's Head of Public Relations Arrozi Effendi expressed his appreciation for the award.

"Thank you for the award given to us at Tribun and KompasTV Pontianak. We consider this award as an appreciation of our dedication to spreading the good news to the people of Indonesia. We also bring these values to each of our business units throughout Indonesia," said Arrozi.

Happiness Awards 2022 is an award event given by Rumah Zakat to appreciate the support from various parties. Rumah Zakat gives awards to parties who are considered competent and in line with the vision and mission of Rumah Zakat. Of the many award categories, there is a Good Media Partner category given to media institutions that are considered active in broadcasting information about kindness, one of which is the mechanism for distributing zakat in Indonesia.

Rumah Zakat routinely holds an annual agenda to launch movements that will be collaborated on in the following year. In 2023, Rumah Zakat carries the #BergerakNyata program for Indonesia. In addition, this agenda is also a form of accountability to donors, partners, stakeholders, and the general public for the activities carried out by Rumah Zakat throughout 2022.
