Persma (Student Press) GENERA Padjadjaran University paid a visit to Kompas Gramedia Bandung on Tuesday (11/9/2022) to gain knowledge and gain experience working in companies engaged in the media industry from the editorial team of Kompas Gramedia. This is in accordance with the characteristics of Persma GENERA which is a student organization engaged in the press and coverage of Padjadjaran University students. The activity took place on the 4th floor of Graha Kompas Gramedia Bandung, Jl. Marine Admiral RE. Martadinata, No. 46, Cihapit, Bandung Wetan, Bandung City, West Java.

The Padjadjaran University delegation was led by Devina R as one of the team of Persma GENERA Universitas Padjadjaran. The visit was opened with remarks from Idham Khalid from representatives of Kompas Gramedia Bandung,

Kompas Daily Journalist Cornelis Helmy H or who is familiarly called Mas Che, became one of the material fillers at the Padjadjaran University visit. Mas Che first explained the history and vision and mission of Kompas Gramedia, then continued with the activities carried out by the Bandung Kompas Daily. Mas Che also gave an explanation regarding his responsibilities and duties as a Kompas Daily Journalist to the students of Persna GENERA, University of Padjadjaran.

The presentation of material was not only carried out by Mas Che, the Head of the West Java KompasTV Bureau, Nugroho Iman Santoso, and Marketing Communications Radio Raka FM and Sonora Bandung, Rahayu Andini, also delivered the material and joined the discussion room.

The activity continued with a tour around Graha Kompas Gramedia Bandung visiting Kompas Gramedia business units. Initially, the students of Persma GENERA University of Padjadjaran visited the Radio Raka FM Studio and Radio Sonora Bandung, then continued with a visit to the KompasTV Studio Bandung.

Padjadjaran University students looked so enthusiastic. They ask questions to every business unit they visit. Not to forget, students also took group photos and documentation sessions in each unit.

The end of the visit of Persma GENERA University of Padjadjaran to Kompas Gramedia was closed with the handover of the visiting company placard from Persma GENERA, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Padjadjaran to Kompas Gramedia Bandung. Idham Khalid as the representative of Kompas Gramedia Bandung represented the acceptance of this plaque.
